Become a Business Development Representative

RKade builds custom AI systems for owner-run businesses in Dubai. We are looking for people who can open the right conversations, and you earn commission when one becomes a client.

The role

You open the door. We close the deal.

A Business Development Representative, or BDR, finds the right businesses and opens the conversation. You never have to close a deal, negotiate or explain the technology. Only Raffay and Kushan, the RKade founders, close deals.

You earn 5% to 20% of the one-off build fee for every new client you bring us. Your level sets the rate and it never drops. You are paid when the client has paid us in full, not before and not in parts. Monthly fees do not count.

Even a phone number counts. If the founders close the deal, you get your full commission, even if you never spoke to the owner yourself.

  1. Step 1

    Find

    You pick owner-run businesses in Dubai on Google Maps that look busy and lose hours every week to admin.

  2. Step 2

    Reach out

    You message or call the owner from your own phone, one business at a time, using the scripts we give you.

  3. Step 3

    Qualify

    You ask four short questions to find out whether the owner has a real problem and is the person who decides.

  4. Step 4

    Hand over

    You book a short call with Kushan, or simply pass on the owner's number. Raffay and Kushan take it from there.

Who it suits

People who like talking to people.

  • You are comfortable starting a conversation with a business owner.
  • You write and speak clearly, in English and ideally another language Dubai business owners use.
  • You follow through. When you say you will message someone back, you do.
  • You are curious about how businesses run. You do not need to know anything about AI.
  • You are a student, you have a job, or you are between things. The role fits around your life.
